“Rigorous and Pragmatic in Exchange and Learning” —- 3A Composites Global Technology Conference 2017 Successfully Held in Changzhou, China

From February 28 to March 2, 2017, the 3A Composites Global Technology Conference was held in Alucobond Changzhou plant with an attendance of senior technical and sales staff from Europe, North America and the Asia Pacific region.

In a span of 3 days, the conference has brought its theme “Rigorous and Pragmatic in Exchange and Learning” into the spotlight.

The conference consisted of two parts, i.e. exchange/learning session and site visits. Atmosphere during the event was pleasant and businesslike.

The exchange and learning session offered an opportunity for all participants to share experience, best case studies, technical difficulties as well as standards and regulations.

In the meantime, site visits were well planned into the agenda. After heated discussion, all participants joined a visit to the shop floor where they gained a solid understanding of the production line, processes and technologies in Changzhou plant. A visit to the plant’s showroom followed, where participants could appreciate unique product styles as a result of artistic interpretation.

A field study tour was scheduled on the third day to the beautiful city of Hangzhou, where they paid a visit to landmark projects such as the Raffles City Hangzhou and Hangzhou CECEP commercial property project.

During the 3-day conference, participants were able to express their views and learn from each other. Sharing of technical resources among regions has brought everyone closer to each other.
